We worked with Spartan Logistics to design their new headquarters. This space serves as a premier showpiece for the brand. The design is an intentional tribute to the logistics industry, immediately setting the tone with an industrial-chic aesthetic. One of the most striking features is the use of semi-truck container doors as a gateway into the company’s vibrant café space—a bold architectural nod to the fleet that powers their business.

Throughout the office, we integrated a sophisticated environmental branding package that weaves Spartan’s core values, rich history, and future vision into the physical fabric of the building. This storytelling approach ensures that employees and visitors alike are constantly connected to the company’s mission. To foster a culture of collaboration, the workspace was designed with an open, fluid layout that encourages spontaneous interaction while maintaining the privacy required for high-level logistics management.

The "hidden gem" of the facility is a curated speakeasy-style lounge, designed to function as an exclusive retreat for hosting and professional development. This versatile space features a state-of-the-art golf simulator, a full bar, and a lounge area, all of which flow into a multi-purpose ideation room. By day, it serves as a sophisticated space for team building and education; by night, it transforms into a premier event space. This dual-purpose area was strategically designed to be a revenue-generating asset, allowing the Owner to rent the space to partners and community members when not in use for internal functions.
