In collaboration with InDecca Construction, we developed a high-efficiency delivery model for Bosley Hair Restoration locations nationwide. This partnership was built on the foundation of rapid execution and fiscal responsibility, moving from the initial fit plan phase to finalized construction documents in a matter of weeks. By operating in lockstep with the Construction Management team from day one, we eliminated the traditional silos of design and construction, allowing for a harmonious transition from concept to groundbreaking.

A critical component of this national rollout is the real-time synchronization between design and cost estimation. We worked closely with the CM to:

• Identify Costs Early: Pinpointing project expenses during the early drafting phases to avoid mid-construction surprises.

• Agile Documentation: Modifying architectural details on the fly to ensure the project remains strictly within the Owner's budget without sacrificing quality.
